This week was a long stressful week at work-something to attend every day after school and open house. We ended our week with an ultrasound to see the baby's face. It is always exciting to see the baby on the screen and watch her move. She was yawning and fell asleep at one point. This past weekend I headed to OC for a baby sprinkle.

This week I can tell my belly has grown, and more people can notice my clear baby belly. My lower back is getting sore and I think it's due to picking up Jimmy, but yoga helps (when I actually do yoga). We have a midwife appointment and ultrasound (to try and see baby girls face) next week as well as a baby sprinkle in OC. I am able to feel stronger baby movements and sometimes see my belly move- which is so cool.

On Easter I was able to see the kicks/pulse from my stomach, so exciting. This week I am getting more compliments of my big belly. My belly feels bigger and it is starting to be more challenging to sit at my tiny classroom tables (I'm trying to hold out moving to the one adult table I have).

20 weeks
A big week, we are half way to 40 weeks and we found out the gender of our baby.
Doing yoga has helped with the muscle tension and helping increase my strength. I feel like I'm starting to eat a little more.
The belly comparison, my body just knows how to relax my stomach muscles and still showing more with baby #2.
I made a scratch off game for my students and my friends to play. When you scratched off the green people were looking to see if they had the winning ticket. The winning ticket had three clovers with all the same color- green for boy and yellow for girl.
The results...
Will said he had a feeling the whole pregnancy that we were going to have a girl. In the beginning before we found out we were pregnant and during the first couple of months I thought girl. But majority of my pregnancy I thought boy due to having a similar easy pregnancy with baby #1. I guess my body is just made to be pregnant, no uncomfortable feelings and just loving the entire pregnancy process. Now to prepare for a baby girl!

Sorry it's a week late posting (even though I took the pictures during the correct week).
This week I started my prenatal yoga DVD since my muscles were starting to feel sore. Everything is going smoothly and next week we find out the gender of our baby.

I'm loving the baby bump and owing it off. I am starting to eat more food and feeling more baby kicks. Will hasn't been able to feel any kicks but has felt the hard baby lump when baby and makes a hard lump.

We spent a great week in Southern California (well almost everyone else caught a 24 stomach bug). This week and last week I noticed that my belly is blocking my view if my bikini area. My belly is officially fitting my weekly photo shirt.

This week I started wearing maternity shirts and my belly was showing off. I love wearing maternity clothes. I have been wearing maternity leggings, but jeans are still too baggy in the legs and butt for me. At my midwife appointment I have gained 3 pounds from my starting weight and the baby had a strong clear heartbeat. In four weeks we will find out if we are having a boy or a girl.

This week both Will and I noticed that I am eating more. Which is fun but sad because I do not have as much food leftover for my school lunches.
This week comparison is a huge difference. I'm loving having a baby belly earlier.

This time for my photos I'm wearing the same outfit to see how I grow (last time I did not wear the same outfit twice).

Yeah we finally told our families (with our lovely announcement pictures) and then work. Finally no more trying to hide the growing baby belly.
It's that time again!
My wonderful mommy friend Carol took these fantastic photos of us to announce baby #2. We are due at the end of July.
